Diamond head summit trail

Diamond Head Crater Summit Trail is located near Honolulu, Hawaii, a fairly moderate 1.6 mile hike. It was once used as the island military coastal defense and is now a popular activity when you are around Waikiki area.   Once arrived at the top of the lookout, you will have the most amazing birds eye view of the  city and the shoreline.  The park is open all year round and it takes about 45 mins to the summit with paved trails and stairs for easy access to the top.
